Your voice for South Yarra Ward
Councillor for South Yarra since 2020. Former Mayor, Strategy Director, with an architecture degree and an MBA. I bring a different lens to the decisions that shape how this ward grows, who it serves, and what it keeps.
I live locally. I walk these streets. I fight for a South Yarra that grows intelligently, protects what makes it special, and works for everyone who calls it home: whether you own, rent, or run a business here.
My Priorities
With the State Government targeting an additional 4,014 dwellings in Stonnington every year for the next 28 years (an 83% increase), prioritising good design is crucial.
I'm fighting the State Government's Activity Centre Program, which would override local planning controls and reshape this ward without enough say from the people who live here. Find out more about how I'm pushing for heritage protection and climate resilience as this ward grows, not just absorbs it.
The people behind the postcode: families, renters, older residents, volunteers and the services that support them.
Find out more about the safety, inclusion and wellbeing work that doesn't always make headlines but holds this community together.
Chapel Street
Hawksburn Village
Toorak Road
Prahran Market
These are the places that give this ward its character and its economy. Each has its own pressures, from vacancy rates to parking to the slow rebuild after COVID, and each needs a different kind of advocacy. Find out more about what I'm doing, precinct by precinct, to keep them thriving, not just surviving.

The Fight for South Yarra's Future
The State Government's Activity Centre Program proposes rezoning almost all of residential South Yarra Ward for 4 to 6-storey development, without the infrastructure investment, design standards, or community voice that responsible growth requires. I have fought to make sure any density increase serves this community rather than exploits it.
